STRENGTHEN & ALIGN PROGRAMMATIC MODEL

We are focused on expanding participation among Evanston youth who have historically had limited access to rowing. By strengthening partnerships, improving athlete retention, and growing our coaching team, we aim to create a program where more young people can discover and stay connected to the sport.

SOLIFIDY INFRASTRUCTURE

To support our continued growth, we are strengthening the systems that keep the organization running. This includes expanding the board, building active committees, and planning for long-term leadership to ensure NCCR remains strong and sustainable.

BUILD FINANCIAL FOUNDATION

We are developing a more sustainable funding model to support the future of the program. By growing institutional support and launching a major gifts program, we aim to ensure that rowing opportunities remain accessible to Evanston youth for years to come.
